EPIC Systems, Inc. has announced the promotion of Eric Coale to Business Development Coordinator. In his new role, Coale will oversee the commercial stages of packaging systems and custom machines projects. He will also coordinate contract negotiations and manage industrial customer service and client relationships.
Coale is passionate about his new position as it allows him work more closely with clients to provide them with the best technical solution for their project. “At the end of the day, I know our clients are being treated fairly and receive the best customer experience. The Golden Rule is important to EPIC’s culture, and I will continue to strive to carry that out through my daily client interactions,” said Coale.
Coale has been at EPIC Systems for almost three years. His past role was business development and sales assistant. “Eric has a unique ability to anticipate customer’s needs and work with them to solve their problems. With his industry knowledge and project management skills, I am confident Coale will excel at his new role as EPIC’s Business Development Coordinator,” said Michael Riehn, Director of Business Development.
