Ensure your product gets to shelves faster by working with EPIC to achieve line start-up as quickly as possible while minimizing down-time. Extensive knowledge of process tie-ins, FAT testing before shipment and over fifteen years of packaging plant experience streamline the start-up process.

Upon installation, EPIC’s project manager performs functional testing again to double check for accurate machine operation at start-up. We remain on-site through all aspects of packaging line start-up including; validation, commissioning, checkout and turnover of documentation to key plant personnel.

Operator & Maintenance Training

packaging line training and maintenceWe fully train your packaging line operators and plant maintenance personnel how to use your new packaging line. Transferring knowledge of how to correctly interact with a new production line is crucial to the lines’ long-term success.

EPIC’s engineers will spend time in-plant working with your plant operators, electricians and maintenance personnel to fully train your workforce how to use the new equipment for your ease of ownership. EPIC will also provide your production team with complete, detailed manuals and documentation containing all of the background information and context for operation and configuration of the packaging line.

Continuing Support

Excellent service continues after delivery by experienced technicians who provide phone and e-mail assistance for questions ranging from simple maintenance to complex technical issues. Even after start-up, EPIC is available for ongoing service as well as any needed maintenance support to keep your manufacturing processes moving forward.
